After the passing of the 2014 Farm Bill, the SC Department of Agriculture’s hemp pilot program allows farmers and processing facilities to harvest and process hemp, a plant derived from cannabis. SC Botanicals, a CBD oil extraction facility in the Upstate, works with farmers across the state to produce third party tested CBD oil through a C02 extraction process. Here, Director of Operations Chris Cortina explains the process and how consumers can make sure they are buying oil that is safe to use.

who makes the processing system and where can you buy it?

Hemp cbd is very different than cbd from a cannabis plant. Huge difference. Its a form of false advertising

He says other methods are bad because they use solvents like ethanol, etc. But don't they use ethanol to dewax their cbd? You can see ethanol in the background at 2:30

In this CBD extraction process is the same process to extract the THC and the product can be run twice thru soo….. There's always a way to double your profits by scientifically "masking" what people want to hear. Laws change as does the industry. Basically take the money and run while you have the dummies fooled!!
Just wondering because the normal person that gets caught with marijuana in the state of SC gets put in jail, fined, if they have kids then dss gets involved. But some how you are able to get a shipment of marijuana (hemp plant with shake and flower) ๐(that's a marijuana plant broken down.) Without having to suffer the consequences of having illegal substance?
Also how did you legally get the marijuana into SC state? If FDA hasn't approved this yet.
Never mentioned what happens to the left over marijuana after extracting?
