Unless you have been living under a rock it has been used for that exact reason for well over 50 years, Maggie Beer sells it I use to buy the real stuff when my wife had cancer and it was better than any S8 drug at easing her pain and headaches.

I’ve had 3 back surgeries in 6 years and I was prescribed cannabis, the strongest dosage & I was high as a kite!

It's well documented that it has been used for over 5,000 years for its analgesic properties.
It became illegal only in the last 150 years.
Medicinal use of cannabis negates the need for about 80% of commercial pharmaceutical products and are effective for a range of ailments.
The reason it's illegal today is because it's widespread use would cut severely into the profits of the pharmaceutical companies.
